Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Caja jewellery! However if you change your mind or would like an exchange, we happily offer refunds, store credit or an item/size exchange subject to the following conditions:

Conditions

- Items are sent back to us within 14 days of the date of your delivery
- We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards and items on promotion
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings that require a piercing
- Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging
- Online orders must be returned online. We do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists
- We do not accept cancellations for pre order items
- No refunds are accepted when using Afterpay or Laybuy. This is due to the fees we incur when offering this service


Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense unless your item is deemed faulty. We highly recommend using a trackable postal service as Caja will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.

Faulty Items

We are committed to creating ethical high quality jewellery. Your jewellery has been lovingly handmade by real people, and sometimes faults can happen. In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty, please contact us so we can repair or replace the item. We will not accept items that have not been properly cared for by following our Jewellery Care Guide. We will not accept items that have tarnished or discoloured due to general wear. Caja reserves the right to determine when an item is deemed faulty.
